As a product manager at BYD, I took the lead in the Mobile Vehicle Connectivity project. Collaborating with prominent Chinese mobile brands including OPPO, VIVO, Xiaomi, Huawei, Honor, and Apple,my duties encompassed conducting business negotiations with manufacturers, formulating product strategies, managing promotion activities, and providing guidance in project management. Through comprehensive cooperation, we successfully established seamless connectivity in hardware, software, and data between BYD vehicles and mobile phones.
After the launch, features such as screen mirroring, privacy mode, and app continuity received acclaim from both users and the industry. Our solution was adopted as the 3.0 standard of the ICCOA, thereby setting a new benchmark for the industry.

At the beginning of 2024, I delved into the field of 3D product modeling and rendering. To refine my professional skills, I decided to initiate a small - scale practical project. 2024 was highly likely to be the final year of the product life cycle of the Nintendo Switch. Since I first got in touch with Nintendo games in the second grade of primary school, I have accumulated over 20 years of gaming experience. Taking these factors into account, I designated "Nintendo's Console Generations" as the theme of this project. Through this 3D modeling practice, I hope to express my profound respect and gratitude to Nintendo for the extraordinary entertainment experiences it has brought to numerous gaming enthusiasts over the years.

- Pay tribute to two decades of gaming years

During my time at OPPO, I led the ColorOS design system upgrade, ensuring efficient collaboration among 200+ designers across OPPO, OnePlus, and Realme. I spearheaded the always-on dark mode enhancements, achieving high global user satisfaction, and introduced multi-level dark mode for improved user experience. I established a Figma + Design Lint delivery pipeline to enhance design-development consistency. Through guideline research, UIKit delivery, and knowledge sharing, I ensured the practicality and adoption of the design system, strengthening ColorOS's competitive edge in the global market.

The ColorOS 11 official website is designed around the core theme of “Borderless Creativity,” emphasizing innovation, freedom, and limitless possibilities. Breaking away from traditional scroll-based layouts, we adopted seamless animated transitions to create an immersive, fluid browsing experience. With simplified interactive modules, users can directly try out key features online, engaging in the creative process while exploring the site. This approach transforms users from passive viewers into active creators, fully embodying the essence of ColorOS 11.

In 2019, OPPO underwent a brand upgrade, focusing on creating a visual system that was both simple and full of character, in order to better meet the needs of the international market. To highlight the brand’s new attitude, OPPO decided to redesign its global website to ensure consistency with competitors in the international arena. In the early stages of the project, the team spent nearly three months organizing content and held multiple discussions with OPPO website operation teams from various countries and regions to understand their localization needs. In addition, OPPO collaborated with the internationally renowned studio HelloMonday to jointly develop a unified design language, ensuring a consistent visual style across all global sites. This initiative played a key role in OPPO’s success in the international market.

Framer BOB opened its first flagship store in Shanghai, launching a limited-edition blind box. Customers purchase BOB wishing coins and insert them into a custom vending machine to redeem blind boxes. The user experience team integrated the brand’s story to create a unique interactive experience, reinforcing brand identity.
The design considered every detail, including the vending machine’s appearance, smooth coin track, screen brightness, pickup slot layout, and material selection. Multiple refinements were made in collaboration with the hardware team to ensure optimal user experience.
After launch, the flagship store quickly became a social media sensation, with over 80,000 related searches on Xiaohongshu. On-site surveys collected 800 responses, achieving 100% user satisfaction. This innovative design successfully enhanced brand influence and attracted more loyal fans.

 - A unique interactive approach to telling the IP story

Unicorn Digital Collectibles combine physical trendy toy collecting with NFT virtual collection, leveraging blockchain technology to create a unique experience. We pioneered the digitization of trendy toys, crafting unique, non-replicable digital assets that appeal to both toy and digital asset enthusiasts. Our designs stem from a deep understanding of IPs, utilizing WebGL technology for real-time rendering and 3D interactivity to convey the IPs’ emotions and personalities. Upon purchasing a premium physical figure and completing ownership verification, users receive a globally unique code and hash-valued digital collectible. Alternatively, users can unlock treasure chests with crystals to collect fragments redeemable for collectibles. We strive to push design boundaries, offering immersive visual and interactive experiences that enhance the value and appeal of digital collectibles, creating more opportunities for brands and users alike.

 - Blending Physical Trendy Toys with NFT Virtual Collection

The design of Unicorn Search’s official website aims to convey the idea that art toys are not lofty or out of reach. To express this, we placed the IPs in a space resembling an art exhibition platform. However, through our visual language, these IPs appear intimately close to the users. When users naturally click on an IP, we use 3D motion techniques to smoothly zoom in and present detailed information about it. This approach allows visitors to experience the joy and charm of art toys in an immersive and engaging way.

 – Bridging the Distance with a Sense of Closeness

Lehua is a consumer credit product under Fenqile, offering fast application, high credit limits, and quick disbursement. The 5.0 redesign focuses on the core loan process: entering amount, selecting installments, and choosing a repayment method. It enhances efficiency with an integrated keypad and horizontal scrolling installment cards for easier comparison. Visually, the interface is simplified to three main colors to improve readability and strengthen brand identity. Subtle animations provide smooth transitions and clear feedback. User testing showed significantly improved experience, with users completing loan tasks accurately and efficiently.
